Frequently
Asked Questions - and answers
When
is the best time to do a 3D/4D Ultrasound?
The best
time to see your baby's face
and
features is between 28 and 32 weeks. If you are planning on
coming in twice for a 3D/4D
ultrasound, we recommend the first visit to
take place between 18 and 25 weeks and the second visit between 28 and
32 weeks. Please see our calendar
to help you decide when to schedule your appointment.
Can
I bring my family and friends to enjoy my 3D/4D experience?
YES!
We encourage you to bring
in up to
10 friends and family members. They will all have a fantastic
view
on one of our 3 viewing screens, including a 100" screen.
Are
3D/4D Ultrasounds safe for me and my unborn child?
Our GE
Voluson 730 Expert ultrasound
machine
uses the same safe ultrasound waves as used in your doctor's
office. There have been many thorough studies that have shown
ultrasound to not cause any harm to mother or unborn baby.
Will
my ultrasound be performed by a licensed Sonographer?
All of our
sonographers have completed a
diagnostic ultrasound program and are either ARDMS licensed or
eligible. Our sonographers have completed extensive 3D/4D
training to provide you the best possible pictures.
Why

should
be an incredible bonding experience. We offer you a
comfortable,
family orientated atmosphere. Our technicians are friendly

What
if I am not satisfied with my images?
Customer satisfaction is our #1
goal. We
cannot guarantee that your 3D
ultrasound pictures will turn out like those you see on
our website, or elsewhere. There are many factors that make a
3D/4D
ultrasound successful including baby's position, placenta
position, amount of amniotic fluid, and mother's physical
condition.
